MOSCOW, Feb 20 (PRIME) -- Popular Russian social network VKontakte will start an operating integration with AliExpress in late February, the Chinese online marketplace said on Wednesday in a statement.
VKontakte’s users will get access to the whole assortment, counting several tens of millions of goods items, and payment options, including via VK Pay during the nearest months.
The social network will later include expanded links to allow users to buy goods without leaving VKontakte. Special application AliExpress on platform VK Apps will pop up upon a click with no additional authorization required.
AliExpress intends to double its audience in Russia thanks to the integration.
